We believe that our investment focus is best served by focusing on opportunities within the Bay Area. At short notice, we want to be able to visit a current or prospective investment or tenant. Being located in close proximity to our investments allows us to appreciate the subtlety and nuances of market changes and location specific issues. We feel this awareness is a competitive advantage.
