Arthur Salmon has assisted Paceline Investors for the past five years in lab tenant improvement projects and ongoing lab operations in addition to base building upgrades at multiple buildings.   

With more than 16 years of operational experience at leading Bay Area startups, he brings a strong tenant and operator perspective to both the design and operations of Paceline’s lab tenancies and many turnkey build-outs.

Before joining Paceline, Arthur held key operational roles at Amyris, Zymergen, Caribou, Just, and Neuralink. He is also a principal at Spectrum Project Management, a role he has held for the past six years.

Arthur earned his Master’s degree in Biology, with a concentration in physiology and behavior, from San Francisco State University. A father of three, Arthur enjoys exploring Northern California’s hidden hiking and camping destinations.
