Katie Hunt
Financial Controller
Katie Hunt acts as a Fimancial Controller for Paceline Inwestors. Kate manages property accounting, 3rd-party tax and audit reporting for the Company and its affiliates as well as other mnancial with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and accounting. she leverages a strong background in accounting, tax, and financial planning to ensure compliance with industry standards and provide insights for cost sawings.
Prior to working with Paceline Investors, Katie was a Senior Tax Manager with California public accounting firms specializing in LIHTC, real estate partnerships, and other business entities. She worked closely with clients to proactively manage their tax compliance while implementing strategic positions for tax mimimization.
Katie graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Master of Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. Katie is an active volunteer with Sierra Club's ICO program, providing opportumities for students at Title I schools to explore the outdoors.
